Covr is part of Munkee Ltd who is a ‘Data Processor’. We supply websites to small businesses for a small monthly payment.
SECTION 1
What do we do with your information?
When you subscribe to a the Covr system you will be presented with this policy to read which lets you know what information we intend to hold about you, how we hold it and what we intend to use it for.
Contact form
Our contact form collects your IP address, information that you supply in the visible fields and no other information. We use the information that you supply to deal with your enquiry or request and we do not share that information with third parties.
“Try Your Facebook URL” form
The “Try Your Facebook URL” form sends your facebook business page name to google and requests publicly available information. We then store some of that information in order to contact you and evaluate your response to the service. If you do not wish to participate further we need to ensure that you are not contacted again. In that case we keep as little information as we can to identify your business as not interested. None of the information we keep is inherently personal to you but it enable us to identify your business facebook page.
We store:
- IP address
- User agent (what sort of browser you are using)
- The name of the facebook page you requested
- The date and time of your enquiry
We do not sell any information that we collect about you, we may contact you through your published channels to establish your interest.
Summary
- All information held is in online password protected databases or email.
- We hold as little information as possible.
- Munkee Ltd does not not sell or otherwise share the information you place in the system.
Registered Users
As a registered user you will be adding information to the system in order to create your website.
We also hold some information about you as a necessity for doing business with you.
When you log into the system, you do so with a “Login with facebook” button. This sends you to facebook’s own site, establishes your credentials and brings you back to your Covr Admin area.
Information Munkee Ltd holds about your organisation
Payments for the service
Munkee Ltd uses a 3rd party intermediary called GoCardless to collect and process direct debit payments from your organisation for the service.
GoCardless retain certain banking information some of which Munkee Ltd is not able to access.
Munkee Ltd is able to access:
- The name on the account
- The name of the bank where the account is held
- The country where the account is held
- The currency your organisation is billed in
- The last 2 digits of the account number
For the purposes of Munkee Ltd’s financial accounts Munkee Ltd is able to access the status of historical and future payments.
Munkee holds the following information about your organisation
- Organisation name
- Organisation phone number
- Organisation address
- Organisation contact email
On our own servers we hold the following information about your company and the person who is in contact with us.
- Name
- email address ( as used to sign up)
- email address ( as published on your site)
- when you signed up
- the status of your payment
- information to identify your payments on the goCardless service
- telephone number
- address
- your personal facebook id
- the facebook ids of any pages you have admin rights to
- Your instagram id ( if you choose to use it )
Email
If you choose to use email services provided by Munkee, we are able to view your account if you need help and change your password if you require us to.
If you email us for any reason we may keep your email to ensure the service we provide you is as complete as possible.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a service, verify your payment details, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. As an example, if you are located in United Kingdom and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Cookies
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
- ci_session, unique token, sessional, used to manage login, stores pertinent data for the logged in user. This cookie enables you to log in securely and is a requirement of the service.
SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.
Access to personal information
Covr tries to be as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’ under the Data Protection Act 1998. If we do hold information about you we will:
- give you a description of it;
- tell you why we are holding it;
- tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form.
To make a request to Covr for any personal information we may hold you need to put the request in writing addressing it to our Information Governance Officer, or writing to the address provided below.
If you agree, we will try to deal with your request informally, for example by providing you with the specific information you need over the telephone.
If we do hold information about you, you can ask us to correct any mistakes by, once again, contacting the Information Governance department.
Disclosure of personal information
In many circumstances we will not disclose personal data without consent. However when we investigate a complaint, for example, we will need to share personal information with the organisation concerned and with other relevant bodies.
